Why the shift

The best Salesforce orgs are designed, not just configured.

Most of my career has been about making complex systems understandable for the people who use them, from SaaS platforms and learning systems to a quantum computing cloud service. Salesforce is the same challenge, with real business impact.

My most recent role as Technical CRM Manager at Jaja Finance put me close to customer data, segmentation and automation every day. That is where I decided to make Salesforce my full-time craft.
